Nadia Adawi
Nadia Adawi serves as the Director of Operations for The Energy Cooperative, a nonprofit member-owned cooperative providing renewable electricity home heating oil, and biodiesel to thousands of households, businesses, organizations and municipalities in the Philadelphia area. Nadia also serves as President of Philadelphia Fry-o-Diesel, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Energy Cooperative dedicated to producing biofuels from waste restaurant grease. Nadia holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri. She serves as the chair of SBN’s Renewable Energy building block. Nadia was named as a “Woman of Distinction” in 2001 by the Philadelphia Business Journal and is featured in Who’s Who in the World and Who’s Who in America.
