Best for PHL Workshop

November 9, 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM

Where: The Free Library of Philadelphia, 1901 Vine Street, Philadelphia, 19103

The Best for PHL Challenge is a community-led program to discover, encourage, equip, and celebrate businesses in the Philadelphia region who commit themselves to improving job quality, building stronger communities, and responsibly using environmental resources.

The Best for PHL Challenge can help you:

  • Recruit, engage, and retain employees
  • Promote your business
  • Create growth and opportunity in your business

The Best for PHL Challenge enables business owners to understand the impact their existing business practices have on the greater Philadelphia community. Partners will then provide recommendations and free resources to help businesses that want to improve their impact.

At this workshop, participants will:

  • Learn how building a better business will attract and engage employees and strengthen the bottom line.
  • Set a baseline for impact and learn best practices that can be holistically incorporated.
  • Identify how to implement at least 3 quick wins for improved social and environmental impact.
  • Network and learn from peer business owners.

Please note that this workshop is FREE but registration is REQUIRED.
