The Listings + Marketing Manager oversees the marketing efforts, social media channels, and presentation of listings for the team as well as measuring ROI to track opportunities and successes. The Listings + Marketing Manager will partner with agents and clients to write listing descriptions, oversee data entry in Trend, and advertise new listings. This role also reaches out to local blogs and publications for PR on select listings, partners with administrative staff to provide materials for events, and create new ways to present data to clients via infographics and market reports. The Marketing Manager writes, sends, and analyzes monthly email newsletters (via Constant Contact) and partners with the sales team to create compelling drip campaigns using our CRM systems and lead generation platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a high understanding of technology, amazing organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and react quickly to changes in strategy and last-minute requests. The Listings + Marketing Manager will often accompany agents to oversee photography and videography for listings, and an eye for good design/interior décor is valued.


+ This administrative role requires attention to detail, data entry skills, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks

+ Thorough understanding of digital marketing and social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest

+ Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities for Real Estate listings, website blog posts, and social media

+ Ability to stay focused and organized in managing multiple priorities and deadlines

+ Self-starter and a fast learner, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems

+ Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

+ Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite (specifically Word + Excel), Google Suite, and Dropbox

+ Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Lightroom

+ Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree

+ Driver’s license required.

Bonus Points

+ Graphic Design or Web Design experience

+ Knowledge of HTML/CSS and/or WordPress

+ Familiarity or certification with Google Analytics and/or other analytics tools
