Linen Rentals Manager

Kitchen Garden Textiles is looking for a part-time seasonal rentals manager. The primary responsibility is to operate the linen rentals contract for Outstanding in the Field.

Responsibilities include:

Scheduling and event contracts:

Keep up to date and accurate schedule of contracted events
Insure single event contracts are executed in a timely manner
Create an accurate shipping schedule

​Shipping and Receiving​

Pack linens with accurate piece counts for events
Create shipping labels, weigh and schedule pick-ups
Verify that pick-ups happened in a timely manner
Track packages accurately
Verify delivery/receipt of packages with OITF staff prior to each event
Troubleshoot delayed and/or lost packages with client and shipping company

Liaison with laundry service

Communicate schedule of events and expected laundry needs
Insure timely and accurate records of inventory and loss rate
Communicate about laundry turnaround time
Regular inventory and quality control

This is a seasonal part-time position 20 hours per week $20 per hour March – November

could grow into a permanent position

Hours are variable to accommodate the needs of the client and will include weekends and evenings.

When/if responsibilities for OITF contract are met, additional responsibilities may include operating rentals for events local to Philadelphia.

Excellent communication skills
Ability to follow up on all details in a timely and persistent manner to insure systems are running smoothly and clients needs are met
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work independently
Lots of patience to manage issues with shipping companies
Able to easily lift 50 pounds
Excellent record keeping skills
Familiarity with google workspace
