sbn-waterdropsLandStudies has the first Certified MS4 Specialist in the State of Pennsylvania
Mike LaSala, from GSI Partner Land Studies, recently became the first Certified MS4 Specialist (CMS4S) in the state of Pennsylvania and has worked with a number of PA municipalities and conservation groups to perform MS4 Mock Inspections in advance of a formal EPA or DEP inspection. As part of their MS4 support services, Mike provides Good Housekeeping audits and reviews for municipal SWMP (Stormwater Management Program) and physical facility mock inspections to help identify program strengths and weaknesses, focal points for long-term program success, improvements of focus and potential multi-municipal endeavors, and recommendations for implementing practices (activities and facilities) that achieve pollutant reductions while incorporating economic and community goals.
