Philadelphia Water will host five information sessions this summer at the Municipal Services Building. All information sessions are identical, so you can pick which date works for you. We will cover technical and procedural improvements, and walk through the new Stormwater Management Guidance Manual, Plan Review Website and ERSA application.
- June 19, 8:30am
- June 23, 8:30am
- June 30, 8:30am
- July 9, 8:30am
- July 16, 8:30am
The Manual is now online as a PDF for your review prior to the Manual and the regulations going into effect July 1, 2015: www.phillywatersheds.org/stormwaterregulations.
In an email to the Development Services Committee, Philadelphia Water also says:
“Starting in July, the Guidance Manual will be fully integrated into a new Stormwater Plan Review Website. This will allow you to easily search the manual, link between manual chapters and even access manual content on a mobile device for quick reference. In addition, the ERSA application has been redesigned so you need only complete questions relevant to your project and you can easily track the status of your application online.”
From our May Newsletter, Philadelphia Water shared:
“We will post manual chapters on our website along with a comment form. We realize most users will not use on a frequent basis until they are in the process of designing sites and submitting plans for review. For this reason, we will host follow-up focus groups in Fall 2015 to collect additional feedback.”
