Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect (2-5 years)

OLIN is seeking a talented and motivated Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect with 2–5 years of professional experience to join our Philadelphia studio immediately.

We are looking for a self-starter with strong design skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for shaping meaningful, enduring landscapes. The ideal candidate brings creativity, rigor, and initiative to all phases of project development—from concept design through documentation and construction administration.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to design concepts and development across a range of project types and scales
Prepare presentation materials, drawings, models, and digital visualizations
Support the production of construction documents and technical detailing
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients
Assist with site analysis, research, and material studies
Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions

Qualifications:

Professional degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA)
2–5 years of experience in a design-focused practice
Strong conceptual and graphic design skills
Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino,REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of additional modeling or visualization tools is a plus)
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive
Eligibility to work in the United States
