Development and Administration Assistant

TTF Watershed Partnership (TTF) is a community environmental organization committed to the care and protection of the Tookany/Tacony-Frankford Creek, and its surrounding public spaces.

TTF is seeking to hire a part-time Development and Administration Assistant to assist with fundraising, donor stewardship, administration, and some financial tasks. We welcome applications from all people regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fundraising & Development

Assists with mailed solicitations
Stewards donors through thank you letters, annual donation receipts, and outreach to lapsed donors
Keeps the donation database up-to-date and organized
Helps coordinate special fundraising events, as needed
Administration

Keeps stock of office supplies and places orders when necessary
Opens mail, deposits checks, and maintains files
Relays voicemail messages to appropriate staff members
Other tasks as needed, including providing documentation to accountants 
REQUIREMENTS:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
1 year or more of office, admin, or development experience

PAYMENT & SCHEDULE: 

$18/hr for 20-25 hours per week
In-person work in the Frankford neighborhood in Philadelphia (19124)
Part-time position
