Alex Cupo

Senior Manager, Environmental Programs & Industry Partnerships

Alex Cupo brings deep experience in community engagement, policy advocacy, and stormwater management. He joined SBN in 2020 after roles with AmeriCorps VISTA (City of Pittsburgh), PennFuture (Southeast PA Outreach), and Wissahickon Trails (Water Programs Coordinator), where he assisted homeowners and municipalities with green stormwater infrastructure best practices as well as leading a variety of programs, event planning, and advocacy efforts. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, with a minor in Political Studies and a Global Studies certificate in Sustainable Development and Latin American history.
