Erica Farrow is passionate about revitalizing communities by focusing on the three E’s of sustainability: environment, economy, and equity. She graduated in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geography and a minor in Applied Community and Environmental Sustainability from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She is currently working towards her Masters in Geography from WCU. She is also a member of Gamma Theta Upsilon, the International Geographical Honors Society.
Erica hopes to apply the knowledge and experience she has gained from her work as a sustainability council member and WCU garden volunteer to her SBN’s Food Saver Program Intern role. She is dedicated to aiding local food businesses in reducing food waste sustainably while providing access to nutritious food for all residents in the Greater Philadelphia area.
