Our corporate office in Plymouth Meeting as well as our regional office located in the Downingtown area are looking for a full-time experienced climbing arborist. We are interested in those who are honest, hardworking, self-motivated, dependable, and would like to work with a positive team of tree care professionals that enjoy working in a safe outdoor environment.

JOB SUMMARY

Work with Arborist and Certified Tree Safety Professional
Training towards ISA Arborist Certification
Benefits and compensation based on experience, certifications, and licenses

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES

Minimum of 2 years of experience
Verifiable rope and saddle tree climbing, pruning, removal and rigging experience
Experience operating chainsaws, aerial lift trucks, skid steer, fork lift, stump grinder, etc
Valid driver’s license, CDL preferred
Clearly and respectfully communicate with all crew members and clients
1 Year+ Experience as a crew leader
Experience in maintaining a safe and productive work site, Crew leader requirement

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, CDL required for Crew Leader
Must pass a pre-employment substance screening exam
Must pass a pre-employment physical exam
Must pass a company administered basic driving test
Must be willing and able to work in all outdoor weather conditions all year round
Must be willing and able to work 40 hours or more per week when requested
Certified Arborist Crew Leader requirement
Must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays when requested
