Solar States is a growing local solar installer and the onramp to the green collar economy. We are a Certified B-Corp., environmentalists,  Philadelphians, social justice activists and more. We are 14 years old(founded in 2008) and have 45 team members…looking for our 46th.

Description:
From initial contact to project completion this role engages with the customer and the respective staff to ensure a seamless experience through the various stages of the installation process.  Sitting at the intersection of many moving pieces this role ensures customer satisfaction, happiness and exceptional communication from start to finish. This role is also responsible for insights on how to improve our holistic approach to project design and build.  

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests, questions and communications
Coordinate with all stakeholders in each aspect of the project development 
Deliver exceptional customer service
Develop strategic assessments to improve the customers journey and team members’ workflow 
Maintain clear records about projects and clients
Contribute to company sales/marketing/operations efforts (events, podcasts, etc.)
Align customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives
Support your co-workers, have a good attitude, try your best, work hard, be ethical, and always keep learning
 

Qualifications:
Proven customer service experience (solar preferred)
Passionate about solar/sustainability and the green energy revolution!
Excellent communication skills 
Good at working on a team and independently 
Comfortable working in a face-paced, emerging industry 
High level of proficiency using Apple Computers, Google Suite, Webtools, CRM/Data Management System, Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, Google Sheets
